COVID-19 Health & Safety

The health & safety of our customers and suppliers is our highest priority so we closely monitor and follow the Welsh government’s latest advice to minimise the risk from COVID-19.

We are open for everything including:

• Enquiries and quotes
• Online sales through our web shop
• Click and collect customers
• Collection of custom orders
• Appointments and meetings
• Personalised and custom work
• Site visits to other businesses
• Visits from other businesses to our premises
• Supplier, courier and postal deliveries
• Courier collections

Please note the following:

• Do not visit us in person unless we have arranged an appointment in advance for you to do so.
• We minimise visits both here and to others, including deliveries with our own transport.
• We use messaging services, phone and email to discuss jobs wherever possible.
• We observe and respect social distancing of two metres (or one metre plus if two metres is not possible).
• We meet other people outside where possible.
• We support and encourage the wearing of face coverings over nose and mouth when indoors, and especially if any symptoms of illnesses transmissable through droplet infection such as COVID, coughs, colds or flu are suspected (exemptions supported)
• We frequently clean objects and surfaces used regularly, such as card machines and door handles.
• We do not currently have a toilet or hand wash for visitors.
• We provide hand sanitiser.  Please ask if you can’t immediately see a bottle.
• We may have to delay completion of some work if materials or consumables become difficult to obtain.
• Delivery of finished products may be delayed if courier services are impacted by staff shortages.
• We are maintaining close contact with our suppliers and couriers to understand these impacts.
• We keep our customers and suppliers informed of any impact on their job or contract immediately we become aware of any possible issues.
• We keep our customers and suppliers informed of any changes to the above via this page.
