Our Custom Metalwork Service

Work with us to create your own unique metalwork from scratch based on your ideas and specifications. You can order just one, or as many as you like of your design!



1. Tell us about your metal dream

Your initial no-obligation consultation is free! Ask us anything about design, metals, other materials, surface finishes, colours, fixings, lead time, delivery etc and we’ll answer all your questions. We’ll then agree a concept and send you a written estimate or quote of cost and time to design, make and deliver your metalwork.



2. Work with us ON your design

As you work on your design with us, you’ll be able to see exactly what we’re creating together because we send you lots of detail such as sketches, full scale artist’s impressions, CAD drawings, descriptions or specifications. You can accept the design based on these, or change any aspect of it.

If you’re considering any changes we’re more than happy to discuss them. We’ll let you know in writing if they would cost more than your original estimate or quote before we undertake them. This way you always know what your total cost is. If your design involves a significant amount of work we may invoice for part or all of it at this stage.



3. Approve your DESIGN

We don’t start making your metalwork until you’re completely happy with your design. Once you’re happy with the design, tell us that you want to place your order. We’ll send an invoice for design time, materials, and any major changes you have requested.

If you don’t want to go ahead, let us know, and we will only then invoice for the cost of design time and major changes to date, plus any materials you’ve told us to buy on your behalf.



4. We make your metalwork

If you’re happy with our final design proposal and would like us to make your metalwork, full payment on your invoice confirms your order and design proposal, and lets us know that you want us to start manufacture. We then work tirelessly to bring your metal dream to life.

We aim to manufacture your metalwork within the time given in your estimate or quote from receipt of full payment.



5. Receive your fab metalwork!

Delivery by our trusted carriers is usually next day by 4pm. We can arrange Saturday delivery as well as week days for most items. Please ask about this when placing your order.

If you’ve asked for any last minute changes, additional work, or a delivery upgrade we will send you a final invoice. Once you’ve made any outstanding payments we book your delivery – and you can relax and wait for your fab metalwork!


