Bare steel version
This item will be supplied unpainted suitable for you leave bare to age gracefully to a beautiful warm red rust patina, or you can paint yourself. If you would like to paint this item yourself, prepare the surface and apply suitable heat resistant paint following the paint manufacturer’s directions.
Black heat resistant powder coat version
This item will be painted with black heat resistant powder coat. This finish may need some maintenance over the lifetime of the items as heat resistant paint ages depending on how hot it gets. If you would like to repaint it, test your chosen paint on an inconspicuous area first, then prepare the surface and apply the new paint following the paint manufacturer’s directions.

- 4mm plasma cut mild steel fire bowl
- 2mm plasma cut mild steel Ground Guard (optional)
- Black heat resistant powder coat (black version only)

Size & weight
Fire Pit: approx 550 mm across, 300mm high, 7.5kg in weight.
Ground Guard: approx 540mm across mm wide, 120mm high, 4.1 kg in weight.

We make all of our items by hand and with love ourselves in our workshops in Snowdonia, and we make many items to order. This means that we can give your fab metalwork the individual attention it deserves, plus it means that we are as sustainable as possible because we never make excess items that don’t get sold.
We aim to send most items out within 5 working days on our trusted next day carrier service. If your item is personalised, painted or powder coated it may take a few days longer – but it’s worth waiting for!
